Journalist, Master’s degree in Literature and diploma in Publishing. Since 2006 she has published several books on gastronomy: Memorias de una golosa, Recetas al pie de la letra, Cocinar es fácil y entretenido and La olla creativa, published during the pandemic by the Chilean Cuisine Corporation Pebre, an organisation of which she is president. She has also directed the Chilean Circle of Gastronomic and Wine Writers and is a member of the Chilean Academy of Gastronomy. She currently contributes with her articles to different media in Chile, as well as publishing restaurant reviews and critiques in @lacomensala.
