Antonella

In a city filled with windows and buildings close together, lived Antonella.
I met her when we had just arrived in that city and thought she was a very fun and friendly person.
But apparently, not everyone saw her that way.

Antonella is a fascinating figure who changes everything. Her laughter and joy transform every detail of the day, filling the routine with colour and teaching everyone to see the good in life. She combines the magic of the everyday with the importance of friendship and acceptance.
This story addresses issues such as migration, empathy, adultcentrism and respect for diversity. Antonella’s example is a bridge between different worlds, showing how play and kindness can create an inclusive environment for all.
Based on a real character, this book is a tribute to the real Antonella and Bologna, the city where she lived most of her life.
