Sofia…
…is climbing up a hill. Her brother is ahead of her. She wants to catch up, but it’s tough because…
“It’s not fair! Your legs are longer!”
Besides, her hat is bothering her and sticking her hair to her forehead. That’s why she can’t run faster. And the wind is making it worse! Sofia takes off the hat and throws it angrily down the hill, just as Nacho reaches the top.
Sofi is on holiday and the wind blows her favourite hat away. It’s the first time she loses something she loves. In the distance she sees it caught in the highest branches of a tree. Together with her family they decide to look for it; along the way, she learns and enjoys nature. When they reach the foot of the tree, Sofi realises that it is too dangerous to climb and reach it. Giving up something we like is part of growing up.
This story is the second of five titles in the series “Sofi’s Twists and Turns”, in which Sofia, the main character, will grow up along with the characters who share her adventures, such as her brother Nacho, her mum and her dad.
