The Visit

Before leaving, her mother told her:
–Remember, don’t open the door for anyone!
She gave her a hug and left.
The little fox was left alone in the den.
It was getting dark outside, but the croaking
of the crows and the chirping of the sparrows could still be heard.

A little fox is left alone in the burrow and, despite her mother’s warning not to open the door to anyone, she lets in a surprising visitor: Silence. After a few moments of mistrust and fear, she will learn with her guest that you don’t need music to dance, since the beats of your own heart set the rhythm. Or that that internal voice that needs stillness to be heard is her own thoughts. An album with multiple readings and in which she highlights the balance between an agile and tender text and a graphic proposal with overflowing chromaticism and full of nuances, with a perfect construction.
