Antonia’s Daisies

Antonia lives in a house surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of plants and a long table for family lunches. Her favourite flowers are daisies: she measures them, waters them and even tells them her secrets! One day, the daisies disappear as if by magic and Antonia asks her brother Carlos to help her find them. Carlos, accompanied by his dog Pelusa, will investigate and search for clues for days, becoming a real detective.

The use of colour and the mixed techniques work of illustrator Lucía Franco stand out, adding warmth and expressive emotion to the author’s narrative.
